1. Deadline for Returns

You must apply for a return within 15 days of receiving your item(s). To be eligible for a return, the item(s) must be in perfect condition, unused, and in the original packaging with all labels intact.


2. Return Shipping Costs

For eligible items marked as Free Return, you can return multiple items from the same seller in a single shipment without incurring additional costs. However, if items are returned separately, you may be responsible for the return shipping fees.


3. Refund Processing Time

Once we receive your return and confirm that it meets the return conditions, we will process a full refund. The faster you return the item, the sooner we can issue your refund. Refunds are typically processed within [5-10 business days] after receiving the returned goods.


4. Refund Method

Refunds will be issued using the same payment method you used for your original purchase. Please allow a reasonable period for your payment provider to process the refund.


5. Exchanges

At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, we recommend that you return the original item for a refund and place a new order.

  • Shipped back within the 15-day return window.

8. Non-Returnable Items

Certain items are not eligible for returns, including:
